2015 Château Gaby

Château Gaby 2015 is a fine red wine from the Canon-Fronsac region, made from 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. It comes from clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted in both the vineyard and the winery. The wine is aged for 24 months, with 50% in new oak barrels and 50% 1-2 wine barrels.
