2017 Château Du Parc

Château Du Parc is an 80/20 blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, aged in 50% new oak barrels with medium toasting. The bouquet of this wine is round and opulent, evoking the richness of Boysenberry jam and raspberries. Its style is decidedly modern. With good acidity and smooth tannins, it is medium-bodied with an elegant tannin profile.

The wine displays great intensity and luster, along with a rich red hue. There is a beautiful contrast between ripe red fruit aromas and spicy notes, offering a complex nose. On the palate, it is direct and lingers, featuring a continuation of the beautiful red fruits. A spicy note runs throughout the tasting, complemented by a subtle woody undertone.
